PROCEDURE FOR CONSULTATION CALLS
I will send you a questionnaire to gain further insight of your sleep needs and issues.
If there are no concerns from my side to help you, I send a contract for your e-signature and an invoice that is to be paid via PayNow or Bank Transfer before the suggested consultation date and time.
After receiving payment and contract, we will set a consultation date and time.
*For those outside of Singapore, alternative payment arrangements will be made.
I go through the sleep plan, a new suggested schedule and the sleep method chosen. This conversation lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.
This is also an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification. We will decide together what is the appropriate start date for the new sleep plan.
We will decide on a follow-up date for the next communication. This is typically 7 days after the consultation call.
For the 3-week sleep program, after completing the consultation call we will decide the start date of the first night of plan implementation. I will be on the phone with parents till their baby falls asleep or max 9pm SG time; from there follow-up calls are pre-arranged with parents.
For newborn sleep education program, follow-up calls are typically scheduled around the 2 week, 6 week and 11 week marks with a final wrap-up call after 12 weeks.
For the 4-month programme it is a combination of both programs above.
For teen and adult programs, the calls are scheduled every 7 days.
This is a tricky question, where I want to say yes. But it comes with conditions.
The plan I give you is based on my training, experience and expertise. I write the plan with 100% intention for it to work; however my job is 50% of the success. The other 50% lies on the parents/client to follow through with the plan, as is. Any deviation from the plan without prior consultation with me, the harder to ensure success. However in the majority of the cases, if one follows through with the recommended plan, sleeping independently and adequate quality sleep usually ensues.
